At Windermere Property Management, we are dedicated to serving your needs. We have a number of rentals in inventory at various locations on Whidbey Island.
Whether you are looking to be on North Whidbey near NAS Whidbey, on South Whidbey in order to commute to Seattle or somewhere in between, our four offices are here to help.
We know that relocating can be difficult for individuals and for families – especially when you are moving here from a distance. Why end up in your car at the last minute with a stack of newspapers and maps? You can preview our rentals online and when you arrive, we’ll personally show you the rentals that meet your criteria!
After you rent a house or apartment from a professional Property Manager, you’ll appreciate the differences. Whenever you have a maintenance issue, have a question about your lease, or need help with other matters involving your home – we are here to help.
Rental Criteria - We treat everyone uniformly and that means there is a minimal amount of paper work we ask you to complete. For more information about the forms we use, please visit our Rental Criteria page. |
Apply to Rent - Our Rental Application form is available online for you to submit to our Property Managers. This service is most appreciated by people who are looking for rentals but don’t yet live in the area. We rent our properties on a first-come, first-served basis – if you find a rental online that meets your requirements, consider submitting the application online, rather than waiting until you arrive! |
Maintenance Requests - In the event that that you encounter maintenance-related issues with your property, please fill out a Maintenance Request form for your Windermere Property Manager. You can either fill out this request directly on the website – or download the form and mail (or deliver) it to your Windermere Property Management office. |
Notice to Vacate - If you are planning to vacate your property, Washington State Law requires that you submit this intention in writing. Please download our Notice to Vacate document and submit to your Windermere Property Management office. |
