Last year we inherited a house with 30 years’ worth of deferred maintenance. We contacted the Windermere office in Oak Harbor to help us properly prepare the home for the rental market. Over the following several months, they were with us every step of the way with priceless advice and guidance. As we brought the renovation to completion, Windermere hired a professional photographer and cleaning crew to make the home ready. The entire Windermere staff was professional, always available by phone or text and thorough in their support of a very complicated project, from beginning to end. Happily, the house is currently being rented — and we are delighted to have Windermere as our property manager!

The process setting up my condo for rent was all done while I was on deployment on the ship without a hiccup!! That’s how awesome and efficient you guys are.
