what you need to do

♦ Have the home professionally cleaned

♦ Professionally clean all carpet-once everything is out of the home

♦ Have the home professionally flea sprayed (if you have a pet)

♦Clean out garage and outbuildings/sheds. Leave only house specific items such as extra paint, flooring, etc

♦ Clean wood burning fireplace(s) and have professionally inspected 

♦ Make sure all light bulbs work-and each fixture’s bulbs match

♦ Change furnace filter

♦ Have the yard mowed, flower beds weeded, bushes/plants trimmed, pick up all pet feces, fill any holes in yard, etc

♦ If you have a fence-make sure it’s in good working order

♦ Touch-up paint any needed areas, and patch/paint any holes bigger than a standard picture hanging nail

♦ Check to make sure all doors have door stops, and any closet/bi-fold doors are fully-functional

♦ Make any needed repairs, and make sure everything in the home functions as it should (we have trusted vendors to help-if 

needed)
